For years being available to others by way of consulting, healing, and content creation-I found a space to be a bridge to all that is me and all that is needed on a daily basis. Maintaining a balance of work and life can be challenging. Challenging enough to bypass your self care and the mental stress capacity can be overwhelming.

I have opened a space for consumers to come together and build morale in their business with retreat style activities. Slumber parties for those in need of a non judgemental healing space, and ancient medicine. Working together to alleviate and elevate the mind, body, and soul to your purpose.

As someone who has went through the fire, various times, I come as a Phoenix bringing awareness, love, and innerstanding for growth and nurturing of self to begin.
