My professional journey began in retail, but I quickly moved to working in a call center where I learned to thrive in a fast-paced environment. With my typing and communication skills, I became a pro at multitasking and providing efficient solutions to customers.
As I progressed in my career, I joined a large enterprise where I was instrumental in setting up a customer service platform. I then took on the role of an Executive Assistant, and for a decade, I supported top executives in different organizations. I was the go-to person for all their needs, from scheduling meetings, revamping presentations, organizing events, implementing new programs, to even delivering suits to the airport. With a talent for wearing multiple hats, I recently moved up to become the Chief of Staff, where I can bring to life the CEO's vision for the company.
I founded Chaos Coordinator Consulting to help businesses reach their full potential. I have a passion for diving into new environments, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective strategies that create a positive impact. It's what I do best, and it's what keeps me energized every day.
