It is the mission of Dream Identity is to help individuals and family systems cultivate the life they want by providing tools to help break generational cycles, remove unhealthy norms and take advantage of resources and support that can be given in efforts to navigate past and current challenges while becoming their authentic "Dream" self.

Vision
The vision of Dream Identity is to use years of training and experience to create and provide result-driven services to help others recover and renew through counseling, creative support, self development tools and community based services. Specifically, we serve healthcare workers by prioritizing care-taker burnout and workplace balance to promote effective care for a greater community system of wellness. Our initiative of community wellness is channelled through holistic and creative modalities to break the stigma and resistance towards mental health care
