Gwen Barrow

As a communications professional, I've worked with organizations innovating where social and environmental issues meet. I'm a 2005 RISD alum researching biodesign and the use of living materials within ecomimetic systems. My background in sustainable solutions includes work in the nonprofit sector, planning communications for clean energy programs and climate technology incubation. Before specializing in communications, my work in the U.S. National Park Service archives program involved managing records on ecological stewardship. This work provided an immersive look into natural resource management, cultural preservation, and how the areas intersect.
