Lauren quickly became obsessed with the nuances of the food industry while working her very first food science gig, hand delivering label submissions to the USDA in Washington, DC. Lauren deepened her expertise through various internships in regulatory compliance, quality control, and research and development. Since graduating with a degree in Nutrition and Food Science, Lauren has successfully developed hundreds of food products lining grocery store shelves. Not stopping there, she also founded her own toddler food brand, Ooby's, after discovering a huge gap in the baby food industry. Recognizing a lack of affordable resources for food entrepreneurs, Lauren is dedicated to assisting fellow food founders in revolutionizing the food industry.
