So you know how sometimes people continue to think thoughts they know are not logically true? Our staff helps folx who struggle with the disconnect with what they know and how they feel- rid the trauma that is stored in their body so they don’t just logically know “I am good enough” but actually feel internally good enough.

We are an evidence-based practice. We use Blueprint to measure and track treatment goals and outcomes of our clients. Most of our clinicians are trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). All clinicians take trainings at least semi-annually. We specialize in PTSD, C-PTSD, trauma, LGBTQIA+ concerns, grief & loss, as well as depression and anxiety. We see children 6+ through the lifespan. Each client is matched with a counselor that has experience with their presenting problems and if we do not have someone who treats what the client is coming to treatment for, we refer to trusted colleagues who specialize in that concern.
