I am a Holistic health and life coach and a nurse. I coach around life transitions with a specialty in Menopause. Stress, and building Confidence. I use my registered nurse experience, 2 national certifications in coaching , a functional medicine certification, menopause doula education and heartmath certification to build a safe place to learn and receive support.
My practice was created to fill the needs I see. We do not need to live in anger and fear. We do not need to play the comparison game or put up with menopausal symptoms. I provide help to improve these aspects of your life so you can live in the best way possible.
