Description
I offer playgroups and one on one coaching for respectful / mindful parents. I bring compassion, empathy, authenticity, and a grounding in child development, as well as training in RIE.
I am a longtime early childhood educator. As I worked my way up in that field and began supervising teachers, parents began asking me for help: help understanding their children, help with issues that were coming up at home. I realized I found incredible fulfillment by helping parents, offering support, guidance, and resources tailored to a family's individual circumstances.
When I work with parents I offer knowledge and research, a deep understanding of child development, empathy, and an invitation to parents to find flexibility and self-compassion.
