Hi! I'm Katie, mom of 2 beautiful little babies. Through my journey as a mom I have learned WE ALL NEED HELP! It is so hard to balance work, home life, childcare, etc, the list continues. Throughout this journey, I found I am not alone and I believe mom's need to lift one another up and lean on each other to help find that balance. We DO need to learn how to pour into our pitchers before we pour into others to be the best moms we can be. I have learned and developed many different ways to fill my pitcher which allows me to pour into my children's. I can do this without having the "mom guilt" that typically comes along with choosing myself first.
I want to share with mom's this journey, the struggles, the fails, and the lessons to help other moms know it is OKAY to take care of themselves and to love themselves. Afterall our children are our WORLD and we would do ANYTHING for them right? Why not teach them how to love themselves through our actions?
